Bamboo Ritual ships to the United States and Canada. Orders are prepared through a supplier-supported fulfillment process, with duty-inclusive DDP air shipping so you won't be surprised by customs charges at your door.

Returns

We want your matcha tools to arrive safely and as expected. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue — in most cases you won't need to send anything back.

For hygiene and quality reasons, used tea tools may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or fulfillment issue. Full terms, timelines, and how to start a return are in our Return & Refund Policy.
